What a hell of a week! The devil really walked the earth in Friesack.
Despite having to build everything in the worst heat since years, rainy festival-days, severe storm-warnings (which luckily didn't become reality), band cancellations in advance during the planing phase up until one hour before stage time, we endured all in spite of all the adversity and packing at the festival ground of the 27th edition of Under The Black Sun festival has started.
Once again, we would like to thank everyone involved in making UTBS2026 happen, foremost Irsins Sound, Armageddon Sound Works, MS Backline, our new monitor-mixer, Urs (the master of lighting), KΓ€ltetod Legion's stage and backstage crew, our security, the tireless bar-crews supplying you with all the drinks, Lense of Sense for the relentless photo coverage and all the graphics, Mira Grunn for the festival merch, Warchrist Production for the upcoming full show videos, our tireless shuttle drivers, the runners and many helping hands. You are the ones making the whole event possible!
Thanks to Partyservice Daniela Prestin, the icecream-truck, our Asia bistro, the returned Langos-truck and our cocktail team for their awesome service! We hope, you had some great meals and drinks when enjoying the concerts.
Again, huge thanks to all the bands for coming to Friesack and delivering a hell of a show on all three days!
And last but not least, thanks to all the fans for coming to UTBS2026 and making it possible to have another instance of insanity next year.

The gunslingers of The Black Moriah were confronted with some very serious family health matters and had to cancel their trip to Europe.
BUT, we found a great opener for Thursday with Azels Mountain! The Polish band formed in 2013 and will present slavic induced Pagan-Black Metal to you!
